The Process, Step by Step

Set Up Your Account & Purchase locks

Step 1 begins with the prescriber setting up their account and subscription with consultation.club Rx. During this setup, they’ll confirm the number of clinic locations they supervise, decide how many nurses or admin users they want to give access to, and indicate whether any digital fridge locks are needed. This ensures the platform is tailored to the specific structure and compliance needs of their prescribing service. Once these details are submitted, their account is ready to configure.

Add Your Clinics

You can now add the clinics you supervise to the platform. This allows you to track product you’ve purchased for different locations individually. For each clinic added, you can separately manage inventory that’s been purchased for, and delivered to, that specific site – giving you clear oversight of how stock is distributed.

Invite Your Team

Once your clinics are added, invite your team members to join – including nurses, clinic managers, or administrators. You’ll assign them to the correct clinic and control their level of access. This step ensures the right people can manage inventory, check out product, and view logs – all under your supervision.

Add inventory for S4 Product

Adding stock is simple – you can upload product manually or scan invoices, and the platform will use AI to extract batch numbers and product details automatically. This creates a clean digital record of S4 product added to each clinic’s inventory, ready for compliant administration.

Nurse Checks Out With a Prescription Reference

Product can be checked out by either the prescriber or authorised nurses using a valid prescription ID. Each check-out is logged in real time and visible in your dashboard, giving you full visibility of product use. If you want extra control, approval workflows can also be added before product is released.

You Maintain Oversight

With your account live and clinics active, you maintain oversight of everything – from inventory levels to product movement and staff access. The dashboard keeps you informed, helping ensure compliance and clear control of Schedule 4 medicines across every location you supervise.
